I'd suggest you just go ahead and get the AStron RS-35 for your K2/100, Tom.
Most rigs in the 100W class draw about 20+ amperes on peaks (as much as
30-35!), so it will stand you in good stead to have a slightly "beefier"
supply.  The cost difference isn't that much (in the first place), and
you'll be glad to have the extra capacity.

Astron ratings, such as the RS-20 or RS-35 are NOT "average" ampere
ratings.... they are rated at "intermittant" amateur current consumption, so
you'll probably find that the RS-20 trips out or blows a fuse when running
full power with your 100-watt K2/100
