[Elecraft] K2 Temp Comp PLL Mod

Hi All! 
   Found the problem. When I reinstalled RP3 CAL PLL
worked OK. Everything was fine. Rechecked the Mod board
and found a solder bridge between RC and RF resistors. 
I have corrected the board but not insatlled it yet. 
That seems to be why I could not do CAL PLL.
