[Elecraft] KPA-100 Blown Power Xistor?

Hi:

I was testing my KPA-100. I got to page 45 where I turn on the "big supply".
I got some current (about 300ma indicated) so I shut it down. I think maybe
I was too late!

I started troubleshooting, and now I get a dead short from the collector of
Q2 to ground. Q1 collector to ground seems to be open (guess I'm out some
bucks here 8-) anyway, now I also read a dead short to ground from the plus
side of J3. 

I have ordered a new set of power transistors (just in case my first
suspicions are correct. I don't know the procedure for removing the power
transistors. Can anyone send me a copy of the removal instructions?) 

Is there any thing else I could do to try to isolate the "shorted supply"
problem ( e.g. "lift" d-10) there's a lot of stuff hung on the supply
"buss".
