[Elecraft] Dual Receive/Two radio/SO2R etc

Hi Ron,

If it were as simple as SO2R, there would be no problem, but
that will not meet the needs in this area that have been expressed
by myself and others. These days, for serious SSB contesting on
40 meters, dual receive is very important. Yes, I know there
are sort of work arounds, but the MP owners have a significant
advantage in this area.
