I've  was using the freeware of this for quite some time www.mailwasher.net.
I sent the guy a small donation for the freeware version some six months ago
and was rewarded with a free registration key when he went commercial!
Sounds a bit like Elecraft service if you ask me. Highly recommended: the
only problem is that you need to spend time screening stuff before
collecting your mail.
