[Elecraft] Windows Upgrade

I use Windows XP here, and have found it to be quite reliable.
The only piece of ham-related software that doesn't work on
XP I've seen so far is XPWIN.

Avoid Windows Me like the Plague.  Windows Me is the
Operating System of the Devil.

I would also recommend that you back up all your stuff, format
the disk, and do a complete re-install rather than an upgrade.
This method is somewhat lengthy and not for the faint of heart,
but has always (for me) made for a clean installation.
