[Elecraft] K2 Help needed -(Poor RF Gain + garbled audio)

#3168 has been working well until today.  I'm getting very low volume on all bands.  As I'm writing this and listening to a 40 meter net, I'm getting garbled audio as well.  It's not the antenna.  When I switch over to the Collins 75S-1 everything is fine.  Any thoughts?
