Thanks Ron, well said.  Remember Tony, the loop and any antenna is a
dynamic thing, with peaks of current and voltage.

I like Ron's characterization of the circuit situation as Humungous
Current, as this antenna has a very intense field and current/ voltage
relationships in much smaller volume and area than conventional
antennas.  One has to be careful with high power loops that sharp
corners do not promote corona discharges.  A slight imperfection in
roundness of a 6m circumference loop I built one time, caused it
to side flash to a painted metal surface in the near near field.

Of course, I was dumping 22mf at 50,000 volts into the loop thru our
spark gap!  (This was our lightning generator, at least  a mag field gen
for another experiment).
