[Elecraft] Struggling to get K2 running!

Hello All!

Well, I've gone from a dead receiver to a working receiver but no GAIN!! Not 
even enough to drive the S-meter! I hear signals, but just barely!

Finishing and testing Part II of Assembly of S/N 3345 everything is working 
per the book including the AGC voltage easily made 3.80v.

L34 doesn't seem to make any difference when tuning - no peak - is this
normal? However, L1 and L2 definitely have peaks and make a big different in 
signal strength! The preamp also appears to be work FB.

So the receiver has a serious lack of gain (I can barely hear signals in the 
headphones, but the sidetone is very loud) I know its a screw up on my part, 
but getting kinda lost where to begin looking. Any specific places to start 
looking for problems that would directly affect the gain of the receiver so 
severely?
