[Elecraft] IMPORTANT: recent Builder Alert requires eye and hand protection!

We recently posted a builder alert regarding the possible shortening of pins on
a Front Panel connector (K2 alert #20, K1 alert #5). The ends of these pins will
fly off at very high speed when clipped. EYE PROTECTION IS ESSENTIAL and hand
protection might not be a bad thing, particularly if the P1 pins are already
installed, making handling a bit more awkward.
