[Elecraft] telnet n7tr.com problem...need help

Steve,
I don't recall the details, but I recall that there are some issues
with the built-in Windows telnet and I have had a few problems with it
using Windows 98SE. You might have better results using putty instead
of telnet. It works fine for me in connecting to my dx cluster, at
least. I believe I found it at www.tucows.com.
