Well, chalk one up to human error again!!  I took Daniel's (KG4DNI) advice
and reluctantly rechecked all my solder joints.  Please note that I was
"POSITIVE" that everything was built and installed correctly and had checked
twice. But sure enough, there it was THREE unsoldered joints on the male
connector of the 160m board!  Boy am I embarrassed. Well, I wanted to post
my solution to the problem as an apology and public self-flogging for the
wasting bandwidth.
