[Elecraft] K2 - Very Slow AGC Decay

K2 - #2886 has been alive for 4 months with only one glitch - very slow AGC 
decay.  It takes approximately 10 seconds to drop from full scale to 0, 
whether on Fast or Slow AGC, or if AGC is switched off once the S meter is 
showing any reading.  The decay is approximately 1/sec per segment.

Voltage measurements are per the manual for the AGC components on the control 
board.  The threshold voltage is 3.9 volts - there is no change in background 
noise at zero signal with AGC on or off, so I don't think the threshold 
voltage is a factor.  I've checked the components multiple time and 
everything appears correct and well soldered.

Any lead to solving this mystery is appreciated.
