[Elecraft] K1 Voltage Check Problems...

Hi everyone.

I'm a first time builder working on a K1.  I've gotten to the voltage =
checks
on page 30 and have encountered a few low readings.  Pins 15 & 16 on P1 =
are
within spec.  Also, U5 is putting out about 8.3 volts (which is OK, I
think).

My problem is that U3 pin 5 reads 1.33 volts (should be 3.8-4.2) and pin =
6
reads 4.7 volts (should be 7.6-8.7).  Not sure why they are too low.

Anyone have any ideas?  I've looked through the e-mails and have seen =
posts
about 0 volts on these pins, but not voltage too low.
