No doubt. However the entire Aptos  World HQ  comprises one  large 
room behind the supermarket, with a few dividers to mark off   a 
meeting area. The lab  may be under the table in the meeting room.

Or maybe the lab has been buried in the desert across the border in San Jose.

Pursuing this thought, now I know why  my K2 power meter seems 
erratic sometimes - UN bureacrats at work!
