No, it merely indicates that you have an oscillation somewhere in the rig whose frequency can be changed by tapping.
That in turn suggests that you may have a missing ground, or cold solder joint. The lack of similar birdies at that level among the correspondents to this thread thus far would support that as well.
Since it is "microphonic", see if you can isolate it physically by tapping very lightly with a pencil eraser around the rig.
