[Elecraft] ssb question - part 2

For many of us, building a K2 is an emotional experience. When you put all
your eggs in one basket and then find the basket has a hole, it's very
disappointing and discouraging. It really hits your self-confidence that
you can make this thing work at all and you question why you ever bought a
kit.
But, it is working through these issues that really lets you know that in
the end it will be your radio and you can maintain and fix anything that
goes wrong (with the help of tech support and this list).
I understand how Dwight feels today. I also know how great he'll feel when
it all comes together and he has his radio working the way he wants.
Elecraft support *will* pull you through! But, it's a process that isn't
always as instantaneous as you'd like when your radio isn't working.
And, by the way, once it is working, I'm confident Dwight wouldn't trade it
for 10 IC-703's.
Elecraft won't let you burn bridges, they'll find a way to help you across.
Just keep calling and emailing until you are happy that things are right.
Hang in there Dwight...
