[Elecraft] 2nd RX antenna switching

Torsten,

1-button switching of RXANT and some other functions which can be assigned to
PF1/PF2 is on the firmware wish-list. I can't say when it will be added, but I
do plan to add it at some point. 

Meanwhile, one way to do it with one keypress would be to send the appropriate
RS232 command string from a PC.
