[Elecraft] K1: most countries worked? solar panel recommendations?

Hi gang,

I was thumbing through my log and noticed that I'd found time to squeeze in QSOs
with some 50 countries on my prototype K1. Wonder if anyone has worked DXCC (or
greater) on their ow K1 yet? (My apologies if someone has already mentioned
this--I miss a few postings now and then.)

Also: has anyone has found a small, readily obtainable solar panel that works
well with the K1 and other small rigs? We might want to offer an accessory solar
panel at some point, which is quite practical with the K1 because of the low
current drain. You could leave it plugged in at all times even if you have an
8-cell AA NiMH pack installed; when the sun goes down, you'd be running from
battery power.
