[Elecraft] Mods...mods....mods

I haven't done anything with my K2 (ser #1880 something ) for a year.  I have all the add-on stuff and it works great.  Now after reading the reflector postings and visiting the Elecraft web site I find out there is a plethora of modifications out there.

Can anyone give me a short and sweet summary of what you all consider the important mods to make?  There seems to be too much fragmented information to catch up on.
