[Elecraft] K1 question - PWR out vs. Displayed

The output of my K1/KAT1 (set to CLS) is shown at:

http://www.astromag.co.uk/k2/

And does drop a Watt on 10 MHz (5 Watts indicated) and over half a Watt on
21 MHz (5 Watts indicated). These are measured with a four band board
fitted.
