[Elecraft] problem with kat2

Hi John,

I think I may have had problems of this sort when tuning up on 20m.  I
had to add capacitance across the existing capacitors for 20m to help my
problem with aligning the KAT2.  

Check with other folks before trying my idea out, I may be wrong.
