Sadly, the Ocean State page says that it is no longer available as a kit.
And the Glowbug kit is approx $50 for just one tube.

Have you thought of looking on Ebay for a low-cost Heathkit? A HW101 might
be overkill, but you'll get more tubes - eg glow - for your buck - and it
will come in a nice box, unlike the Glowbug. Perhaps a DX-60?
