[Elecraft] Reminder: Edit out copied text in your replies

Lately we've noticed a number of replies to the list with a large
amounts of copied text from the previous email included.

When replying to emails on the list, please remember to edit down the
copied text to the minimum possible to retain context. This keep the list and 
archive volume down and makes it much more readable.

*** Don't forget to delete the list footer message too or you will have 
multiple copies of it in your reply.
