[Elecraft] OT: need Ameco code practice oscillator

I don't know how critical is the requirement for portability, but for code
practice, just put your key in one of the speaker lines, tune in a steady
carrier in SSB mode and then key the resulting tone signal. Lots of us
learned the code that way "back when"we could not afford to buy or build a
CPO.
