Doc there is a new CD presentation available from the League

entitled Amateur Radio Today. This is a MPEG video presentation runs about
12 minutes I think it was and features Walter Cronkite narrating along with
several Hams who have assisted at the 9/11 Terrorism Events in NY, PA and
DC. Along with Fire footage from the recent Forest Fire events out West.

There is a small cost but I bet if you contact your Section Manager he may
have a copy you can borrow.

Good Luck with your ARC presentation I am currently in Texas taking Red
Cross Training in Communications equipment we expect to have deployed this
year Using VSAT Sat Gear along with Voice over IP lines as well as server
interconnection from Disaster Relief sites directly back to Washington DC.

Drop me a note directly if you or anyone else would like more information.

Ralph T. Stetson III, KD1R
K1 #436 or is it 435 I forget now.
