[Elecraft] K2 SSB Problem

I am checking out the K2 SSB module and everything checks out except max
output is 2 watts on SSB, tune and CW.  It was 10 watts prior to installing
the board.

I have checked all components and voltages.  I have a discrepancy on RP3 pin
1-2.  My circuit is 23 K ohms.  The schematic shows 2 K ohms.  Which is
right?  This is the emitter drain on Q2 and Q3 so may be critical.  My RP3
part number is CTSK010761473 which does not match the parts list.

K2 is version B

Any help appreciated.
