[Elecraft] I.F. Alignment

Here is what I did right or wrong....and I would do it again....
The K2 is/was my second rig.  It will be pretty soon my first rig.  Well, I took the FT1000MP and put a dummy load on it...dialed in 7.005 and keyed it down at no watts.  The dummy load was placed across the room with some RG58U and was lossy has heck.  The 1000MP didn't care and I was running about 1 watt of power.  The k2 was running on an outside 40 meter antenna. and I used the signal from the MP to to the IF alignment.
