Stage 3 build:

I have put all the caps in, and I have a blue coloured capacitor with =
the Mark "2.7C" on it.  Does anyone know anything about it.  There was =
only one and it's sitting in the capacitor bowl.

Also I seem to be short C213, 33(33).  I wondered if this is the part =
for this spot but I doubt it?
