Vic makes a good point.   My use of a 756 Pro II was marred by its being
easily overloaded by other HF military transmissions in the area of heavy
shipping traffic, while I was using a non directional antenna.  Even its
attenuator and no pre amp on could not prevent its being blown out of the
band by the competing military asset transmitting digital traffic as it
steamed by the location, (at the shore).
