I also have a 756 pro2 (& used to own the original pro) and found that for 
CW under difficult conditions the K2 is superior. It's not a big difference 
but switching between the rigs during a 160m CW contest clearly showed the 
K2 as the better receiver and I now use the K2 as my primary rig for CW.
For SSB and digimodes the 756PRO2 is the clear winner but since I mainly 
operate CW the PRO2 isn't getting that much use any more .
