[Elecraft] C71 and C73 Identification

Hello David.
820 caps are 82 pF. 820 means 82 x 10E0 = 82 x 1
According to the part list, 47, 56 and 82 pF caps would be ceramic discs but
in my kit I found 470, 560 and 820 caps which were the same model as 101,
121, etc. Small blue packages.
