[Elecraft] EQP suggestions/Rule changes

Howdy Toby,
I think this would make the EQP stand out from all the other parties out there by allowing us all to work each other instead of just the fastest working the fastest.
This would give the EQP the standing of a friendly group allowing all operators to participate while letting the serious contesters rack up points at the same time. It
supports the QSOs encouraged rule very well. It could make this "party" the most fun one on the block and everyone will want to get an Elecraft rig so they can play
too :) I wouldn't mind if there were far more Elecraft owners. I don't think we have to be an exclusive group, we could be inclusive and improve the hobby of amateur
radio at the same time.
   Thanks for the forum,
        Kevin. KD5ONS
