Folks,

3 people responded to my justb4 dawn request for a quick test -thanks guys -
and 2 out of 3 got the software to run  mostly ok. Very good news for my
family who are forgetting what I look like!  I'm currently fixing issues
raised from the quick test.

Thanks also to the others with offers that arrived after |I'd gone to bed!

I'm getting very close to issuing the beta, but I'm not going to rush to get
it out the door tonight and make mistakes.

It's neeeeaaaarly ready, so please bear with me!
