What a great operating event!

I would make one change ... the times.  The 24 hour period was ok, but 1/3
of the time was when most folks sleep (and activity did seem to tail off
quite a bit after midnight local time) and it ended at the beginning of a
day that most people have off.  If 24 hours seems like a good amount of time
I would shift it so that most of the time is shifted to Sunday (all day and
into the evening).  Another possibility would be to make it more leisurely
and make it Friday night to Sunday night.
