Hi Glenn,

The PA KEY OUT line on the KPA100 is active all of the time, even if you are 
not using 100W. Use it to key control your transverter.

You may also want to enable the 8R HOLD menu option and set the T-R delay 
appropriately if your transverter set up has T/R relays.
