[Elecraft] Possible K1 / K2 replacement knob

Yes, this was mentioned before and certainly is the right shape
and has the finger dimple everyone wants!

However the stock Elecraft knob is 1.6" and this one is 1.75" in
diameter. This means it would have to be pulled out from the front
panel to avoid hitting the K2 LCD bezel, and will overlap it. I don't
think this will look good. Probably way too big for any K1 application.

Who makes the stock knobs? I wonder if we could convince them to
make a run with a dimple and with a durable black finish that
won't rub off. 

Alternatively, we could just buy ourselves new stock knobs at our rigs'
birthdays! Send the old, worn ones in to Elecraft to hang on a board
in their lobby, to proclaim how much these wonderful things are used.
