Hi

The center can be adjusted by moving the knob on the shaft but 1/4 turn is
way off. The center should not be that far off. Check the other pots to see
if they work normally. The same MPU input is used for all of the pots except
the AF and RF gain. If the other pots work then look at D6, R14 or the pot.
Be sure you didn't mix up the RIT pot with the AF gain pot. The AF gain is
different from the other pots.
