[Elecraft] Elecraft CC applications - NAMES not required

With EQP done, I suspect some of you have harvested enough
K1's and K2's to apply for the Elecraft Century Club achievement
certificate.

I have relaxed the CC rules a bit and no longer require the ops Name. So
go ahead and submit the application with out the name. I will have it
turned around in just a few days.

Awards details are on the Elecraft home page (see link on the left side
menu).
Down loadable forms are there, too (or use your own home-made forms).
