Save your money. You would be better off with a 50 ohms resistor.  Recently a 
friend and I compared the "Miracle Antenna" to a standard dipole.  On 20 
meters, a signal was S9 on the dipole, with the Miracle it was less than S1.  
It works a little better with a long counterpoise but this was noisy and then 
the counterpoise is really the antenna.   Sorry to be so blunt but its simply 
a complete piece of JUNK.
