I worked him on 20m CW at 0434Z.  As I recall, he had the best signal of
all of the JAs I worked on that band.

I had only 5 QSOs on 10m CW shortly after the EQP began.  Things were
really slow on 10m, so I never returned there because 15, 20 and 40 were
hot.
