[Elecraft] Mobile Radio Mounts

Dear Elecrafters,

I am planning to go mobile with my K2/KAT100 & am having a lot of thought 
on how to mount it in my Mazda Miata.

W9IIX makes a dandy mount, very sturdy, and I'm wondering if all that money 
is really necessary?  What else is out there?  I understand Eric has a K2 
mobile, I wonder what kind of mount he has.

I'd be interested in reading about mobile radio mounts.
