[Elecraft] EQP SSB SUGGESTION: Start at center of indicated band segments

Hi folks,

Wow -- lots of fun out there in EQP land. Thanks for participating!

The only disappointing thing so far is the small amount of SSB activity.
Granted, CW has a S/N advantage over SSB, but with all those K2/100's out there,
we should be able to pick up the pace.

To that end, I would suggest that everyone start listening/CQing as close as
possible to the center of the SSB band segments that were posted in the rules.
This will give everyone a smaller target when they're in the mood for SSB
activity. For example, try 14275, 7275 (EU 7075), 3875, +/- QRM of course. 

Have fun! I'll be looking for QSOs on the low bands tonight.
