[Elecraft] EQP FT List - Final

I didn't get a whole lot of response from the Field Testers.
But here is what I have. Generally, K2 FT are serial numbers 1 - 100
while K2 FT are serial numbers 1-15. However, some of the original
FT's have sold their gear to non-FT ops, so you can't really rely on
the s/n as truth, only use it as a guide.
