[Elecraft] K2, 17-10 Meters Low Power- No Receive

Would like anyone's advice on troubleshooting K2 Serial 3256

When performing phase-three alignment and tests on the RF board, I
encountered a problem with the 17-meter band and those above above.
Problem:  Unable to receive any signals with outside antenna or see a power
indication above .1w on the 17-10 bands in tune mode.

However listening on shortwave radio indicates a signal on each of the
17-10 mtr bands is being received when K2 in tune mode in each of these
bands. LCD display reads .1w at all settings of power control knob on 17-10
meters.

Operation seems normal on 80-20 meters, power out as expected and good
signal reception and alignment adjustments perform as indicated in manual.

Would appreciate it if anyone could point me to any likely
circuits/components that I might check or voltage/resistance reading that I
might use to try to isolate the problem?

Is there some essential circuit change made between these two band groups
that might indicate where I should look for a problem?
