It may be optimistic but those of us who will be using K1/K2 radios can 
work other people who do not have an Elecraft rig. This is akin to a 
state/province QSO party where people inside the given state/province can 
work the world but those outside can only work those inside the given 
state/province.

Being somewhat antenna challenged I hope I can work someone else with a 
K1/K2. I haven't been active on the bands outside of a few contests for the 
most part. My Elecraft CC count is currently at 0.
