[Elecraft] KAT2 with old Firmware Help

Hi Gang,

My K2 has shows

1.03a    1.02

in the display on startup. I just finished building the KAT2 and the 
instructions say I need 1.04, or call elecraft.  Since they are closed for 
the day, can anyone tell me if it is OK to install the tuner?
