[Elecraft] Mountain Ops back pack

    I received my Mountain ops pack on March 3rd and it is very nice.
But I am a little unhappy with Mountain Ops service, and I will explain.

    I placed an internet order in December 2002, and my credit card was
charged January 14, 2003.  I called to cancel the order, and there is no
regular answer at the Mountain Ops phone.  I left about four messages
and no one returned my call.
    I phoned late at night on Febrary 28th, and they promised to cancel
and reverse the credit card charge.  The charge was not reversed and I
received the pack on March 3rd, three months after my order .
