[Elecraft] KAF2 Connections to Control Board

All,

Finally completed base K2 #3082, only problem was a slightly narrow BFO
range which Gary promptly sorted out and I needed to add a 1pF to 4.7pF cap
(used 4.7pf) between the junction of L33 with X3-X4, to ground. This lowered
the BFO low frequency back within limits.

Anyway, now that the K2 is alive and kicking, have started on the options
and I have a question regarding the connections between the KAF2 and the
Control Board. When the standoff is fitted between the boards, this prevents
the connectors J1/P1 and J2/P2 from mating fully, and there is between 1mm
and 2mm of the pins showing. Is this normal, or have I been sent the wrong
connectors? Checked around the web site and previous emails but can find no
reference to this anywhere.
