[Elecraft] Running a very small motor by capcitor

Tom,
You might want to look at the way Radio Shack (AKA China)
implements it in their "Zip Zaps"
My boys have them. Takes 30 sec to charge and they run for
approx 2 mins driving the motor and the RC hardware
